AUTO ATTENDANT SERVICE: Automatically receive incoming calls by DISA.

DAY-TIME AND NIGHT-TIME SERVICE: Can set 2 different service in ''Auto Attendant'' mode.

CO LINE SERVICE SELECTION: Can select either ''Auto Attendant'' or ''Operator Assistant'' in ''day-time service'', ''night-time service'' respectively for each CO line.

AUTO LINE SEIZING: Automatically search for CO line.

INTERCOM: Can communicate between 2 extensions, transfer incoming / outgoing calls to any extension phones.

BROADCAST:

CALL JUMP: Calls transfer to extensions when power failure.

CALL TRANSFER: Transfer incoming calls to any other extension.

CALL PICK-UP: Can receive any extension calls from any other extensions.

CALL PARKING: Can receive other incoming call by parking current call.

INTERNAL HOLD ON MUSIC: Play music to caller.

EXTERNAL HOLD ON MUSIC: Can import external hold on music.

HOLD REMINDER: Remind you the holding call periodically.

3-PARTY CONFERENCE: Allow 3 party’s conference call ( 2 incoming call with one extension, or 2 extension with 1 incoming call ).

CALL MEETING:

EXTENSION RINGER ON/OFF SETTING: Can set ringer on/off for each extensions.

PROGRAMMABLE DUTY EXTENSION: Can set any of extensions as “ON DUTY” line.

EXTENSION DIALING MANAGEMENT: Extension password, extension receiving restriction, extension ringer setting.
EXTENSION NUMBER CHECK REPORT: Can check the extension number whenever you forget the extension number.
EXTENSION CALL MONITORING: The president ( the user of the first extension ) can monitor any other extensions at anytime as he wishes.
