The MLE is perfectly adapted for discrete surveillance thanks to a throat microphone and an earpiece. It offers the possibility of activating transmission by a remote finger switch. The throat microphone uses vibrations in the air to capture the vibrational energy of the human vocal chords. Its characteristics are a large insulating capacity, not only at the level of the surrounding noise, but also as far as the frictional vibrations made by the microphone are concerned. This accessory can be used with walkie-talkies without vox control or amplification circuits. The MLE is adaptable on STANDARD, ICOM, YAESU, ALINCO, and ADI.
