When start the guaranty extension ?



Answer

The guaranty extension start at the end of the contractual year of 1 year. For example: Invoice date: September 22nd 2003. The end of the legal guaranty is: September 21st 2004. If you have paid the extra insurance, the guaranty will be valid until September 21st 2006.

What are the optional guarantee modalities?



ANSWER

Our guarantee is strictly reserved to the replacement of parts with manufacturing faulty. The beginning of guarantee corresponds to the date of the invoice. Parts and appliances which have been damaged during the transport or due to electrical or atmospheric over tensions are excluded from the guarantee. Damages due to a bad using of appliance or modification of the item will stop the guarantee. Transport charge dispatches and returns of items will be pay by customer as intervention and moving.

The item with a replacing part to change will be not replaced and its immobilisation could not give the right to compensate whatever the reason.
