The BV1 detector has a very sensitive microphone built in which recognizes the highly characteristic sound of breaking glass. As soon as there is a break in, the 433MHz transmitter triggers the alarm on the CE1 control panel. A test button allows the BV1 to be checked. It has a low battery indicator (flashing yellow LED). Maximum distance between control panel CE1 and wireless glass break detector: 40m (optimum range: from 20 to 30m).
